Never received Fallout 3 redeem code from Fallout 4 preorder through Xbox live.

Hi. As the title says, I preordered Fallout 4 on 11/6/15 through Xbox Live and I was supposed to receive Fallout 3 as a preorder bonus. I've searched through my email and checked my Xbox Live messages for a redeem code, but it doesn't look like I ever received
it. I called Xbox Support yesterday and they told me I had to speak to Bethesda to resolve this. I submitted a ticket to Bethesda and they bounced me back to Xbox Support, saying I had to resolve this with my retailer. I spoke again with a Microsoft support
rep and again was told I need to resolve this with Bethesda.

I luckily came across this post while submitting another ticket to Bethesda.

For the people who didn't get their Fallout 3 codes

I hope you guys can help me resolve this issue because I just have that feeling Bethesda would just bounce me back to Microsoft if I submit another ticket.

I also have never received my Fallout 3 code from my Digital Preorder of Fallout 4.
