Never received Fallout 3 code

I preordered Fallout 4 on November 9th. I haven't gotten my Fallout 3 code yet and I am done waiting. I want my Fallout 3 code and an extra compensation for my extra wait time

Your code has most likely been caught up in a backlog. Support will eventually get to this thread and send you a code for Fallout 3. You will not receive compensation.
