    Never received EA Access code from an EA promotion.


    So EA offered a promotion where you'd receive a free trial of ea access if you signed up for their nhl rewards program. Well, upon signing up I never received a code, I contacted EA support and they told me to come here.

    Never received EA Access code from an EA promotion.

    It says the cutoff date for signing up was the 2nd of September, and I had signed up way earlier, I have the confirmation email from signing up dated the 15th of August.

    Maybe you weren't one of the first 100,000 people to register like it says in the offer. Also, since this is an EA promotion that you would have received through email this is probably not a promotion of Microsofts. You will likely have to keep trying
    to work with EA on this one.

    Maybe you weren't one of the first 100,000 people to register like it says in the offer. Also, since this is an EA promotion that you would have received through email this is probably not a promotion of Microsofts. You will likely have to keep trying
    to work with EA on this one.

    EA ACCESS code not received!

    The promotion was for 1 month free EA ACCESS which was promoted on the xbox one Dashboard. I purchased xbox gold as required but have not received a code to give me the EA ACCESS.

    I have also preordered FIFA17 Ultimate edition.
