Never received E3 Mixpot

    Never received E3 Mixpot


    Good morning. I am reaching out because I never received my E3 mixpot. I contacted Microsoft Support and they advised me to post here. I can verify that my Microsoft account was linked with my Mixer account well before E3 began. I was also watching the E3
    briefing stream via both Mobile App as well as on the mixer website on PC (wanted to watch on my 4K screen). I know the original post said that no matter which way you accessed Mixer, it should've still counted. I hope you guys can help Never received E3 Mixpot :)

    The Mixer Mixpot can take up to a week to get and they will automatically be ready to install on your Xbox.

    xbox.com/e3promo if you need more info about the rewards you are getting.

    I never received a message about watching the E3 stream but I have some items appear on my order history today, the smite one states E3 Mixpot. Have you checked your order history on microsoft.com?
    That's where I always find mixpots.
