Never Received Download Message for Game Download

I just bought my xbox one sunset overdrive bundle. I inputed 2 codes one for the game download & the other for a 14 free gold trial. I didn't receive a prompt to download the game, and it never downloaded. I tried re inputting both codes but it says I already
used the codes and I never received the game or the membership.

Never received a code for Gears of War 2

When I got my messages for the downloads for Gears of War, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgement, I never received a message for Gears of War 2.

 

Gears of War 4: No Codes

I was instructed by Technical Support to post here. I purchased Gears of War 4 via Digital Download on November 26, 2016. I was under the impression I could download the previous Gears franchise. I'm being told by Erica C that I should have received a code
via Messages to download these. However, I never received said message.

Can you please help me get the code needed so I can download these games?

This same thing just happened to me. I put in the code and it said congrats or whatever as if the purchase was successful, so I go out and there is absolutely nothing showing I have the game.

I bought an Xbox to play SSO and right now I have no idea what's going on. I retry the code and it says it's used.

Any help???

 

The Sunset Overdrive bundle has two game codes on the same card. One for DLC and one for the full game. Please scratch the entire area to see both codes.
