Never received download codes for Vegas, Vegas 2

I actually contacted Xbox support about this issue, and the representative told me to make a post here as well.

I bought a digital copy of Rainbow Six: Siege about a month ago and never received download codes for Rainbow Six: Vegas or Rainbow Six: Vegas 2. The Xbox Store said I would get them in my Xbox Live inbox within 7-10 days, and I've checked there as well
as my email account. I'm not sure if this is a Microsoft issue or a Ubisoft one, but I figured Microsoft since the codes are coming through Xbox.

Missing Rainbow Six Vegas Code with purchase of Siege Gold

I received the code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2 but never received the code for Rainbow Six Vegas.

 

Never received rainbow six vegas 2 code

I bought rainbow six siege gold edition and never received my codes for rainbow six vegas one or rainbow six vegas 2.

 

I also buyed Rainbow Six: Siege (On disc) and I got the codes for Vegas 1 & 2 by a Message from The Xbox Crew on my Xbox Messages where I could redeem the codes from the message. Please tell me if you found the codes there
