    Never received DLC code with Xbox Gold offer


    Hi

    I took advantage of an offer I was sent in March where if I bought a 3 month Xbox Gold subscription I would get sent a DLC code for a weapon & skin pack for Sea of Thieves, this never arrived?

    Could someone look into this for me?

    It was purchased on 4th March 2018

    I got a offer for a $500,000 shark card code for gta if i bought 3 months of gold. I did but I never received a code.

    Since when we selected members for this offer (targeted them) you were not Gold, you did not receive the 50,000 Credit offer for Gold members. As Smwutches says, if you had been targeted for this offer, your MyMissions page would have had this offer with
    a expedited shipping code. Since you were not Gold at the time we sent out this offer, you instead received the 30,000 Credit offer.

    Codes for that offer are sent about 4 weeks after you purchase the gold. So it would be too soon to receive the code.

    Then you did receive what you were supposed. As I said earlier, as a rewards member you're supposed to receive the 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift code. Anyone who is not a Rewards member would receive the $10 code. The microsoftstore.com emails were
    never updated to show the rewards offer, but that is per the terms of the offer.
