Never received content after paying for it with ideal

Hi,

I recently bought Call of Duty®: Black Ops III - Zombies Chronicles via the Microsoft store, i paid for it with iDeal but i never recieved the content, but the money has been taken from my bank account. i checkt the purchase history on mi account and there
was nothing. Please help ASAP

Bought Killer Intinct ultimate pack but, paid for it but doesn't show in-game

After trying out the trial version of Killer Instinct from the Microsoft store for Windows 10 I decided to buy the 49euro Ultimate pack. However after paying I received an error and now the new content doesn't show up. Only the trial functionality is accessible.

In my Windows account it is shown as a completed transaction whatever and the error code I receive is something about Microsoft Zune?!?!? 0x80190190

Please help me to get the content for which I paid.

Sorry to hear it. Please try highlighting the game on the dashboard and press the start button. Select Manage Game then go to Ready to Install. The content should be there.

hey, ive tried readdint it to my account, and paying it, but it just says the same as before. when its already chosen as the payment type, it says something went wrong and i have to try again later. and if i still have to choose it as payment type it wont let me choose it.

and if i try it on a different game, it still wont work. itll say the exact same as the other times.

Quick note: ive tried it yesterday too, on multiple devices.

If youhave a US only subscription, I seriously doubt they will ever let you pay it with a system that doesnt operate here.
