    A week ago I chatted with a very nice support tech about temporarily suspending my Gold account. My request was approved and the tech said she sent a code with my remaining time. However I never received this email. What can I do now?

    Why did they not just give a code to redeem the game from the xbox store.... I feel bamboozled. If I knew this was guna happen I would have bought a Playstation instead.... I'm a huge gears fan and I am extremely disappointed for all this trouble I had to
    go through and am still going through just to get this code for the game....

    From what I understand they sent the codes to people via the Xbox message thing on the console. I don't recall seeing it but I could be wrong.

    You will need to contact phone support again and reach out to them in regards to this code they were supposed to give you. Please make sure that when you contact them you make sure to give the customer service representative the SR (service request) number
    that you were given at the end of your previous conversation with customer service.
