Never received codes for past gears games for gears of war ultimate edition

Hello, I was redirected here from Xbox support chat, the agent told me this was the way to resolve my issue. I purchased and played gow ultimate edition before Christmas and never received my codes for the previous titles that are backwards compatible,
Someone please help. I want to be able to play them with my Brother who did recieve his.

Did not receive Gears Collection from GoW: Ultimate

I purchased Gears of War Ultimate edition and I never received my codes for the Gears of War collection. Xbox Support asked me to post here.

After further investigation, we've determined that you are not eligible for the promotion for one of these following reasons:

You must have played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition while connected to Xbox Live before Dec. 31st 2015. If you played after that date, you will not qualify for this offer.

If you are located in Japan, Germany, or China, you do not qualify for this promotion. Additionally, if you are located in a non Xbox Live supported region, you will not qualify. For a list of supported Xbox Live regions, please check our Xbox

Just one last question: I did not get the games codes xbox 360 gears of war 1 2 3 and judgment because I did not play before 26 Decembers on gears of war ultimate edition... But I received the code gears ultimate edition only January 6

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!
