    Never received Codes for Gears 1, 2, 3 and Judgement for playing Gears UE before December 31st


    I am a very patient person so I was willing to wait a very long time while I thought they were handing out codes you can even check the data of my Gears UE achievements to prove I played before December 31st. But 7 months after I should've received them
    I think I've have been forgotten here which is an issue I'd like to bring up considering I was said to be allowed them and my discs aren't as good as they used to be. Please can I have my codes?

    Haven't received my Gears of War Codes

    So I purchased the Gears Ultimate Edition in late November played it several times before December 31st but still haven't received my codes for Gears 1, 2, 3 and Judgement. It would be nice if you look into the problem!

    I had bought Gears of War 4 that included all of the other Gears of War. I currently have Gears 1 and Gears Judgement installed but cannot download Gears 2 and 3. I was told I was suppose to get the codes emailed before December 31st but never received them.
    Please send me them.

    After further investigation, we've determined that you are not eligible for the promotion for one of these following reasons:

    • You must have played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition while connected to Xbox Live before Dec. 31st 2015. If you played after that date, you will not qualify for this offer.
    • If you are located in Japan, Germany, or China, you do not qualify for this promotion. Additionally, if you are located in a non Xbox Live supported region, you will not qualify. For a list of supported Xbox Live regions, please check our Xbox

    Gears of War Ultimate edition console games not downloading.

    The Bundle ONLY comes with Gears of War Ultimate Edition.

    There was a promotion being run from August 25th, 2015 - December 31st, 2015. If you played the UE online during that time, you would receive download tokens for Gears 1, 2, 3, and Judgement.

    Since the bundle only comes with the Ultimate Edition, that's why you can't find the other games to download. If you played during the promotion, you should receive an Xbox Live Message with download codes for the original games.
