Never received apex coins

Same thing for me spent $50 on this game and i dont get coins but they gladly take my mony and when i request a refund they deny it like ****

We need to verify first if your transaction for it is successful by signing in at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. If it's successful and is showing as "Completed", kindly try to resync your Xbox profile to your console by following the steps below. REMOVE PROFILE:

To remove a profile: From Profile & system, select Settings > Account > Remove accounts. Select a profile, then select Remove.

POWER CYCLE CONSOLE:

Sometimes I have to close the game and restart the game to receive the Apex coins. That would usually fix the delay but if you did purchase, you'll receive your Apex coins.
