    I have posted with my question here Never received any rewards . I was told to post there when I spoke to someone over
    web chat. Apparently that wasn't the right place? This issue has taken over 2 weeks to try and sort out so far. I have spoken to multiple people who have all given me different answers, time frames and solutions. I'm getting sick of all this waiting now. I
    have been told to ask for the rewards to be 'back dated' and ask for something extra as well! Why can't I get a straight answer from anybody? I have got 2 gamertags which both have rewards because I get e-mails for both but they say that I have 0 credits every
    single time. I was told that as long as you spend money on the store then you can get rewards for it but I don't get anything? Sorry if I'm ranting here but I'm really annoyed with the whole thing.

    Hello a friend of mine just recently told me about the rewards program and after checking i was surprised to see that I’ve been a member for awhile. When I look at my transactions though it doesn’t show any of they purchases i have ever made. I’m hoping
    y’all can look into this matter and hopefully I’m able to get those credits.

    Hello Luckayyy,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage
    of your eligible purchases back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
    YOU! We've got your answer here.
    " (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
    as of July 2014.

    MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This
    happened in September 2015 and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Rewards support has responded to your previous threads - I have been a rewards member since 2014 but I have never received anything?

    Basically, in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. So it is possible to make purchases and not receive credits.

  5. Well I've been told multiple times via web chat that any purchase will be fine. So basically they don't know what they are talking about or they were just lying to me?

    Phone and chat support do not handle the rewards program at all so they don't have correct information regarding the offers. Only support in this forum and Twitter handle the Rewards program.

    We responded to the previous post that Smwutches references. As pointed out in that post, there are only two ways to get Rewards Credits: from the offers listed on the MyMissions page, or from MyVIP payback for non-offer purchases. However, MyVIP payback
    only kicks in once you have at least one MyVIP star. In order to gain MyVIP stars, you must make eligible purchases to increase your MyVIP progress. Once your total eligible spending reaches certain points, you gain stars. For example, for the Great Britain
    region, the first star is gained at 200 GBP.

    As we mentioned in the last post, we see that your payback for December has now been calculated and is currently pending in your account. Since we only do deposits automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits, they have not been deposited. Once you are
    at 1000 or more pending Credits, you can request a deposit on the next available deposit date from the MyRewards page.
