    I've signed up a long time ago and I've bought alot of games over the years and specifically wanted to take advantage of the recent offer this month of making a purchase over 60.00 USD and I would receive 6000 points. I activated the offer and bought the
    deluxe version of Mass Effect Andromeda that was over 60 dollars.

    I've never gotten rewards for my purchases or any of my activity and wanted to figure out the problem as I've been a Live member ever since it was rolled out over 14 years ago.

    You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to check your account. If there are any specific offers you're looking for credits from, it's best to post those as well.

    We had received a report that our web team had fixed the issue. We'll reach out to them and have them take a second look at your account specifically to investigate for any unique issues.

    Hello AurtherBoogaloo,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you were a zero star member, you did not
    get payback Credits on your purchases until you earned your first star back in November 2016. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Regarding your Simply Rewarding for your Mass Effect purchase, we are currently in the process of resolving an issue where our purchase data was delayed. Normally, it takes us 96 hours to receive and process new purchase information, but due to this issue,
    this process has been slowed. We are close to restoring normal functionality, and can see your purchase was awarded a Games on Demand punch. You should see the completion of the Simply Rewarding offer in the next 1-3 days. Apologies for the inconvenience caused
    by this delay.

    We have received word that the issue on your account has been resolved, which we confirmed. We have reviewed your purchases for the last year, and did not find any purchases eligible for Rewarding. We will adjust your account for the December and January
    surveys, and you should see those Credits appear as pending by the end of next week. Keep in mind that you can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least 200 GBP or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    id appreciate that as I've just logged into my rewards account and it's still saying 0 points or rewards. Since opening this case I've done a survey for rewards and those points I was awarded have since disappeared so there's something not right somewhere.
