    Hi

    I was trying to find out why I've never received any rewards, I'm signed up to the rewards program and been a member of Xbox live for years. I buy lots through the Xbox store yet never received anything, not even an email regarding rewards.

    Everytime I check the rewards section it's says I'm already signed up.

    Any advice here would be massively appreciated!

    You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to check your account. If there are any specific offers you're looking for credits from, it's best to post those as well.

    Hello AurtherBoogaloo,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you were a zero star member, you did not
    get payback Credits on your purchases until you earned your first star back in November 2016. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Regarding your Simply Rewarding for your Mass Effect purchase, we are currently in the process of resolving an issue where our purchase data was delayed. Normally, it takes us 96 hours to receive and process new purchase information, but due to this issue,
    this process has been slowed. We are close to restoring normal functionality, and can see your purchase was awarded a Games on Demand punch. You should see the completion of the Simply Rewarding offer in the next 1-3 days. Apologies for the inconvenience caused
    by this delay.

  5. That's great! I really appreciate it, I've spent so much money via the Xbox store over last couple of years and could never understand why I've never received any rewards, I've never even received an email regarding rewards but I've been signed up to rewards
    for a good while now.

    I've got 115 games on the Xbox one yet on my rewards it says I've spent £0. It also says I've been a member of rewards since ???

    id appreciate that as I've just logged into my rewards account and it's still saying 0 points or rewards. Since opening this case I've done a survey for rewards and those points I was awarded have since disappeared so there's something not right somewhere.

  9. This is what is showing, I did a survey a week or so ago and was rewarded with 250 points, as u can see those points have now disappeared too and my lifetime rewards still sit at 0

    Is their any news on this case of mine? I've had no news and it's been almost 3 weeks since I opened this case.

    Since I opened this case I've done 2 surveys for December and January on the rewards section, no reward points were received again, just those two surveys should of given me 500 points.

    I've bought lots of stuff through the store over the last couple of years and I've never received any rewards, I feel like I'm losing out here and it's frustrating me!

    I've just logged into my rewards profile and still have 0 points and 0 points pending, even though I've done the two recwnt surveys!

    Any help on this would be really appreciated now, it's been three weeks and I'm getting nowhere, I've also got loads of xmas money I want to spend in the store but I'm not until I start getting the rewards I'm owed.

  14. Sorry to be a pain but is there is any news on this case yet?? I opened this case over a month ago now! I just logged into my rewards, still 0 rewards points, 0 points pending and 0 lifetime points.

    Any updates at all would be really appreciated, it's been going on a while this now to be fair!
