Never received any my VIP points

I've bought games and in-game purchases over the last few years and I've never received any my VIP points even tho I've signed up. Any ideas why this has happened ?

Not earning points for purchases

I have purchases a good amount of content on Xbox and some on Windows 10 but for some time I have yet never to receive any points back for what I purchased and I have almost ranked up twice and have yet to get any of my points for purchases since sometime
in my vip 1 I am now almos my vip 3 and still have received nothing please fix this so I’m not buying and not getting the points I’m suppose to

Forza Horizon 3 VIP and All star car pack issue

I'm seeing the same thing. I redeemed my code and never received any of the VIP content, car packs, etc..

Hello Northernalex,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from
the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

You'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum in order for Rewards support to check into it for you.

Microsoft does not run the Xbox Rewards program which is why regular Xbox support does not have information.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
