    Never received Alan Wake and DLC codes from Quantum Break.


    Back in May, I bought a download code for Quantum Break from Amazon.com. The description indicated it was one of the preorder/first-run deals that would include Alan Wake and its DLC. The listing said it would take a couple weeks and would appear in my Xbox
    inbox.

    Months later and the codes haven't arrived. I've basically given up on getting them, but I'd like to know why I didn't for my own edification.

    I pre-ordered a digital copy of Quantum Break and I have not received the advertised pre-order bonus codes for Alan Wake: American Nightmare, Alan Wake (+DLC), or the Win10 version of Quantum Break.
