    I have now had 4 different conversations with 4 different techs, all of which tell me that I will receive my 3 months free for coming back to Groove, yet now my 1 month has run out and I still haven't received any codes or anything for 3 free months. I never
    would have bought the 1 month if I didn't think I was going to get the 3 months so when I chatted into confirm on 3 different occasions in lieu of automatically cancelling up front, I was assured that I would receive my 3 months and had nothing to worry about.
    Now I have no subscription and an unfulfilled promise. Feels like lies to me so far. This is not good, not expected, and very unlike any experience I've had with Microsoft in the past. I hope that it is remedied soon.

    Did you take advantage of this Groove promotion from the web, through the Xbox One dashboard, or was this offer emailed to you?

  6. Turns out that after 5 representatives outright lied to me there is nothing that support will do to fix it. Good service being provided here!
