    Never received 3-month Microsoft Groove promo code


    I signed up for the buy one get three month's free Microsoft Groove deal on June 30 (see https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/groove/bogo) but was never mailed the promo code. I called support on August 30 and was pointed toward the Music, Movies & TV forum (Results in Music, Movies & TV - Microsoft Community),
    but didn't receive a reply there so I chatted further with support tonight and was sent here. Could a forum moderator forward me a promo code which does *not* expire tonight?

    I signed up for Groove pass via the Xbox One Dashboard on June 24 and was supposed to get 3 free months of Groove music but never received the promo codes Talked to support and they had no idea about it.

    Thanks for the reply. I believe I learned about it via e-mail and I clicked the "Sign up now" link on the promo page I'd linked to earlier (www.microsoft.com/.../bogo) to sign-up.
