    I signed up for Groove pass via the Xbox One Dashboard on June 24 and was supposed to get 3 free months of Groove music but never received the promo codes Talked to support and they had no idea about it.

    Groove Music - August / Labor Day Promotion

    I signed up for Groove Music Pass under the Labor Day Promotion. I was supposed to receive 2 separate 3 month passes by email but I never received those passes.

    Never received Groove music 3 month promo

    I signed up for Groove on December 22, 2016. I never received the code for the 3-month free groove pass. I was already charged for one month on Jan 28th, with second charge pending in just a few days. Please help.
