    I signed up on my Xbox One using the one month free trial on August 15 or 16, I have emails from both days. The purchase email is from the 15th and the welcome email is from the 16th. It's been over a month and I would like my free 3 month code from the

    I'm posting this piece, I have an issue with my groove pass subscription. I was supposed to get one month free, plus an additional 3 months free. I only received the first month free, and never received a email with the code for the free 3 months. I just
