Never receive keys for completing Power Bingos after community reaches the goal, fed up with ...

I guess the name Microsoft doesn't mean much when you can't even award the keys earned for Power Bingos when I as an individual complete my goal and the community completes the goal over all, and yet you can't seem to reward the keys earned, in my case
ever!!!! What is your problem???? Solve it or maybe all the players should start boycotting your games and products in general. After reading many posts, it seems you have problems, and big ones, with all of your games!!!

I win the required bingos on the power card but never receive the keys when the community reaches its goal.

 

not receiving keys for power bingos in Thailand

Is anyone else not receiving keys for power bingos once the community goal is reached? I completed the 5, 10 and 20 power bingos for Thailand long before the community goal was reached. Once the community goal was reached, the power card reset however I
did not receive any of the 100 keys that I was ensured to win.

Am I the only one with this problem? If so I will just cease playing power bingos and stick to the regular game.

Thanks for any info anyone has on this problem.

HERE and let us know if it helps. Sometimes something as simple as reinstalling the game will fix an issue like this.
