Never receive fallout 3 code supervisor from Microsoft sent me here....

I pre ordered Fallout 4 on marketplace and was supposed to get the code for Fallout 3. I never received the code for Fallout 3. I have contacted support twice and they state they have no code.. Please find a code to send! After this I will not purchase games
from the marketplace again.

I am unable to recover the code you received for Fallout 3. Did you purchase the game on this account? If not, can you please post back with the account that the purchase was made on so that we can give the lost code to you?

If you are certain is was on this account, please log into
commerce.microsoft.com and do a search for Fallout 4. Take a screenshot of it and send it to me in a private message. You will need to upload the image to a file sharing site of your choice. You can send me a private message by clicking the envelope at
the bottom of my post. Thanks!
