    ok I have this true story from when I purchased an xbox one. Right around the time the next gen systems came out I decided to save up all my money from working and buy an Xbox. I was super excited to see how well the next gen systems compared to the previous
    ones. When I first set up my Xbox I was suprised at how slow the system itself ran. After a week of owning it it started to have a handful of problems. 1. The controller would constantly disconnect randomly and wouldn't reconnect unless i restarted my system
    2. Anytime I was in a game the application would close itself randomly 3. Finally the system decided to take a **** on me And gave me an error screen making it impossible to do anything. I wasn't so mad about my BRAND NEW xbox one breaking, but rather amazed
    how such a large corporation would **** their customers. Here's where the story gets good. I sent my Xbox In waited nearly a month just to get it back with a letter saying nothing was wrong. So thanks for the miserable experience Microsoft. I'll make sure
    that no one I know buys this product.

    never mind Im selling my lagbox and buying a ps3. Never again will I buy a Microsoft product.

    Don't you love the service we get here? Not one reply to this? I've never seen so many issues with a console! My NES had less issues! I'm never buying another microsoft product in my life! 6 years of membership and i can't even redownload my profile!!!!!!!!!!!

    because and friend, they do not guarantee! I always liked to play and if I have the opportunity to have a differentiated product I will not hesitate to buy it! as in my country does not have some products, I am obliged to purchase outside, more Microsoft
