Never played any of the Diablo games

Like the title says, I have never played any of the Diablo games, I know how is this possible right, I was just wanting to know from the community how this game plays, and what is it like I have watched several videos and it seems interesting but before
I drop some money on the game I wanted the opinion of people who actually play it and can tell me what it is like.. thank you all in advance.

MASS EFFECT 3 COMPLETE

I would be interested to see this as I have never played any Diablo before.

 

I am new to the game also but I am really enjoying it. Its hard to describe the game, but I would say its a fun coop game with a good loot system and the combat is similar to dragon age origins for a console gamer. Somebody may describe it to you better
than I can.

 

I have also never played a Diablo game, but I did play games like Baldur's Gate and Champions back in the day... this is a great rekindling of those great games, 3D, top down dungeon crawler... great graphics, satisfying loot, hack and slash combined with
strategy... all in all this game will be good for a few days of my life

 

Thanks for the reply, hack and slash is good for me that was kinda the play type I was wondering about.

 

Pretty much it. It is one giant hack and slash/loot game. The point is to kill wave after wave of monsters, grab your loot, and move one for hours on end. It is quite enjoyable.

 

Got it from Redbox just because it offered me a free game rental when I rented a movie had no interest in the game, after only having about an hour to play it I'm hooked and plan on buying it this weekend! Hoping to rekindle some Gauntlet Legend memories!

 

I wound up buying it earlier today, and have been playing it all day long... very much enjoying it, glad I took a chance and got it

 

I never played it before either. But I saw something about it during gamescon this year, and thought that it looked interesting. I'm liking the game. The active and passive skills take a bit to get use to, and I'm still working on the crafting part --
trying to balance selling versus salvaging. In this game, it's best to know when to run, and when to stick around for a good fight. Like others have said, this reminds me very much of Dragon Age and Baldurs gate. I'm not a big fan of the top down 3rd person
POV, but I've gotten use to it pretty quickly. I like the story, and it does feel like a very large world. The graphics are incredible, and I really like the soundtrack.

 

Loving it. Loads of fun. Countless hours killed. It's exactly what the XBO needed as change of pace game from the FPS and Sports titles. Especially fun is wracking your brain at 3am trying to figure out if that "new" piece of gear is mathematically better
than your old trusty one.
