    never mind downloading times, can't even get to that stage with meeting continuous black ...


    Got the new xbox one today and after setting up account tried to download the free games that came with but when going to 'insert code' (25 digit code) the screen just goes blank with the revolving circle - this then continues so not even getting the change
    to insert the code to begin the download. This screen also appears and stays there when trying to purchase a game so not able to proceed with that - kids not happy at all!!

    Unable to install the september update

    After downloading the september update, my xbox will not restart to install it. Instead, I just get a black screen with only the power button light on. I have to do a hard reset to get it back on in which it prompts me again to download the update. I'm stuck
    in a continuous loop.

    Power On Problems Since Preview Update

    I can't even get the console to boot up now, gets as far as green screen then a black screen with xbox logo and that's as far as it goes, slowly but surely losing my mind. Can't believe we've spent all this money for such faulty equipment.

    I'm having this issue with the digital download version. I've reinstalled it 9 times and still can't play. Any of the black loading screens take forever and often never complete. I even testy my game to see if that fixed it to no avail.

    Whenever I try installing any games using my xbox game pass, my laptop just restarts saying " your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart" .

    I have searched for solutions but I can't find anything, the most logical thing that comes to mind is if you meet the system requirements.
    I will continue looking for solutions but if they are not the system requirements you can contact xbox support
