    Never in my life have I spent money on a product with such great expectation, to find it doesn't work. Furthermore, the avenues to get a resolution or refund are so convoluted, it's almost impossible. I bought FS 2020 in good faith. I run the latest Windows
    OS, on a highly spec'd PC, which has the latest firmware and software updates. Why is it that in 2020 am I faced with problem's running the installer, let alone the app itself. I worked at MSFT when Windows Vista and Office 2007 was going to market, and
    as a consultant in MSC I was highly embarrassed and frustrated facing the idea of championing MSFT products. I left MSFT soon after, and thought that the company had moved on and had started to develop some quality products, yet my experience with FS2020
    takes me back to those cringing early days. **** guys...seriously...you've taken my money, and I'm left with a very bitter taste in my mouth. Step up, sort it out and communicate with your clients like every other mature business. You should be very proud
    of the product you've promised, but extremely ashamed of the product you've delivered. I wait in hope.....well maybe not so much hope but a small glimmer of a miracle happening sometime before die

    I used the model 1887 before the buff. I got i think around 3,000+ kills with it. After the buff however i felt like it got worse.
