    Never have received any rewards.


    I have never reiceved any rewards. I signed up about a year ago and just checked and it stated to sign up again. I have spent hundreds of dollars! Maybe even a grand and never gotten any rewards. Reached out to Xbox support and they told me to contact you.

    You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to check your account. If there are any specific offers you're looking for credits from, it's best to post those as well.

    We had received a report that our web team had fixed the issue. We'll reach out to them and have them take a second look at your account specifically to investigate for any unique issues.

    Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST. So you won't hear from them until the week. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least
    1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    We do not see any previous registration attempt before your successful registration two days ago. Since you were not a member until recently, those purchases were not eligible for Rewards. Only Xbox Live Rewards members are eligible for Rewards. From our
    FAQ:

    I've had an Xbox Live account for years. Can I earn Rewards Credits for transactions made prior to signing up for Xbox Live Rewards?

    You can only earn Rewards Credits once you're an Xbox Live Rewards member. Once your membership is complete, we'll begin tracking your activity and rewarding you for things like completing missions or tracking your MyVIP progress by making purchases in the
    Xbox Store. For full details on the Rewards available, please see the Terms and Conditions.

    We have received word that the issue on your account has been resolved, which we confirmed. We have reviewed your purchases for the last year, and did not find any purchases eligible for Rewarding. We will adjust your account for the December and January
    surveys, and you should see those Credits appear as pending by the end of next week. Keep in mind that you can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least 200 GBP or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.
