    Never had complaints, got communications banned?


    I've got a clean record and while playing The Division on challenge mode, the party leader waited till the end and kicked the whole team to deny us rewards. I asked him why he was being a *** and within 10 minutes my communications were banned. Does any
    of this stuff get reviewed? I've never had complaints before and it says due to my history action is being taken? What kind of a joke is this? It's a paid service and since when is calling someone a *** a swear word. I find it reasonable considering how much
    of a moron the guy was being. The whole report feature should be entirely removed. This is absurd that the secret police with no contact info show up out of the blue to ban my communications within seconds of a first offense. No warning, no call, nothing.

    Wrongful communication block

    My account was banned for 1 week cause a group of people had their friends continuously file complaints on me an after I got unblocked it happen again but now for 2 weeks please help unblock my communication

    Use the file complaint system.

    Got to their profile(s) > file complaint > text and voice communications > Pick which type of message he sent you > file complaint.

    Just file complaint one time on the same person. Don't abuse the file complaint system.

    Xbox Live has always been rated E for Everyone, so if the message/speech isn't suitable to be said around young children then chances are you'd end up suspended if someone reports you for it.

    Sorry Quenched but that is wrong. Xbox LIVE is not "rated E", it is in fact not rated. It simply uses the CoC and ToU for End Users. It has been stated before as "E for everyone" just as a phrase so people might relate to that.

    The whole system is broken, I've been cussed out in ways I've never imagined by 10 year olds at 3am. This whole "Put the power of ratings in the hands of other immature and vindictive players with an axe to grind" is absurd. This is a paid service not a
    kindergarten. In playing through this game of shoot everyone and NPC's swearing left and right I call someone a *** for being one and there is no investigation. This is absolutely unjust. Knowing the way this works the 24 hour ban will last 2 months and I'll
    get out of basic training then and still have no coms.

    but if you responded with it as a written message or similar it can be verified and checked.

    no your 24 hour ban will pass easily. and if your back on that game try and do the challenge missions with a group of people you know and play with and if that fails go through LFG divisions and get a good team
