This content automatically unlocks in-game assuming everything has been installed, it's nothing that you will 'receive' over Xbox Live messages. Please navigate to FIFA 17's 'Ready to install' list by highlighting the game's tile, pressing Menu on your Xbox
One controller, and select 'Manage game'.

Do you see additional content there? If so, go ahead and install from there.

just been reading up on the internet i sold my xbox one what i pre ordered fifa on. For the new xbox one s and i was a preview member on my old xbox. people are saying that i wont be able to see fifa 17 pre order till i get an update on my new xbox.

Your not getting FIFA A month early, your getting free access to EA Access for a month.

EA Access is a subscription-based gaming service by Electronic Arts. The service allows access to select games published by Electronic Arts.

You will most likely receive an e-mail with the code for your Free month of Access near the launch date of FIFA
