Never got the Gamerscore Superdeal Code for Ori

Hello!

I write here, because the XBOX phone Support does not help me. I was in the "Gamerscore Superdeal" last year. Got my code and my friend bought a XBOX One on amazon with it and redeemed my code. Everything good, he got a better price for it.

As present there was said that the gamertag who gave the code to a friend should get the game "Ori" for free. I phoned XBOX Support about 10 times in the last 6 months.

I called about 2 weeks ago again and they told me the timeline would be the 3rd February, when I do not get it until than I should call again.. They said it is still in progress and I will get my code soon.

Today I called again and they told me I will never get the code.

What is this? Don't get me wrong, yeah it is just a little game. BUT I am in XBOX live for 9 years now, spend a lot of money for several 360s consoles, Hardware,Games, XBOX One, Elite Controller and Gold.

So I just want to get what they promissed me.

Can you help me with that?

Hi,

i still haven't received my superdeal code. I dont know how it got handled in the rest in the world but the Xbox Germany Facebook page apologized for the delay of the codes and told us instead of Ori and the blind forest we would receive a 20€ code and 1
month EA Access.

Well, that was about one month ago and while a lot, if not everybody, has received their codes i'm still waiting.

Xbox Support from Twitter also asked me to report my issue here. I am also from Germany and I know my Code from Gamerscore Superdeal was used. Unfortunately I didnt get the Code for Forza Horizon 2 yet.
