Never got the Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4

I purchased Fallout 4 on 11/15/15, but I have yet to receive the message about Fallout 3 in my message center. I have checked every few days and have contacted support about this issue. They directed me to the forum to make this post.

Issue:

“The message with my Fallout 3 code has expired.”

I received the digital code for Fallout 3 following my purchase of Fallout 4. The message has expired and I didn't use the code.
