Never got the CODE for FREE Just Cause 2 when i bought Just Cause 3 XBOX ONE

Hi, may be someone can help me...

I purchased a digital version of JUST CAUSE 3 on XBOX ONE, on december 23rd, the one saids that comes with a FREE CODE to Download a Playable version on JUST CAUSE 2 on XBOX ONE but... more than a week after my pruchase i never received the CODE that marketplace
promise.

Can someone or someone at support site help me or tell how or when i gonna get my code?

I bought just cause 3 from the Xbox store and I never got the message with my redeem code for just cause 2 in it. Where can i get my code?

when i try to install the xbox 360 games with gold ( free games ) i get this message that says can not download..Also I bought Just cause 3 for Xbox one ( disc not digital ) where I got a free code for Just cause 2 , and when redeemed this code on my xbox
live , it didnt show on the ready to install Tab !! any help here

Ok just a question... it can take 10 straight or 10 laboral Days? To count it right.

 

It can take up to 10 consecutive days, although because of the Holidays there may be a slight delay. Definitely keep an eye out!

 

Well up to today still not receive the code for JUST CAUSE 2 free and backward compatible for xbox one. And atm had passed more than 12 calendar days since my buy. (December 23 of 2015)

Plus i bought Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege too a few days ago and didnt receive the codes for Vegas 1 and 2 Download neither
