    Never got terms and conditions


    I contacted support before and was told i was approved for the program and all i needed to do was accept the terms and conditions but i never got the message to. All my buddys in the program said i should have gotten the message and even other friends got
    one after me. Please help!! Been a loyal customer for 7 years and many more to come i would like to help better the experience

    i have put the wrong email address for my parents email and we dont know the password, now xbox is asking me to put in my parents password and we dont know it know i cannot go on live at all until we accept. i have tried resetting the password but i dont
    have enough information about the account to reset it, HELP
