never got rewards

I pre ordered 3 games Assassins creed origins , WWE 2k18 , South park the fractured but whole , and Middle Earth shadow of war and they all were pre ordered Sept 29th 2017 and i never got my 15000 in credits i was promised i have
chated with customer service and my ref number is 1410998935. Please help with this thanks.

Prizes from quests are given within the following month. If you don't receive anything by the end of February, you would want to post in the sales and promotions forum for assistance.

I did all the quests for January and never got my rewards. It's been too long and I should've got them by now. Can someone help?

In order to qualify for the games on demand punchcard, the games had to be preordered on or after October 1. Since they were preordered before the offer began, they were not eligible.

How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) digital Games on Demand titles in the Microsoft Store between October 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and December 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order

Only purchases made during the offer period (October-December) are eligible for the offer. Since only your purchase of Dead Rising 4 and Call of Duty were within the offer period, you only received two punches.
