Thanks for the reply. I can't get in touch with Microsoft or Xbox as there call back fails, when I phone it tells me to go to the website and I've tried everything on the site and there's never any customer support available or it tells me trouble with
action, request not available only gamers but there going to be no help, this is my frustration

Hello, only option would be to get in contact with someone at XBox. I know its hard to get someone on the phone but it is someone there the wait might be very long. That's the only way someone can look into what happened. As stated above odd that controller
and cables were returned but not console. I've never seen cables or controller returned if it wasn't being sent in for repair. As stated when going through repair they tell you not to send that stuff in because it wont be sent back. Not even a game disc unless
the disc is stuck in drive and needs repair, still in that case stated that disc might not be returned. You need to contact Xbox!

That is very odd as you are not supposed to send anything except for the console when you schedule a repair. The console gets sent back without the controller or cables and people usually need to make a special request in order to get their cables or controllers
sent back to them after the fact.

I have had the exact same problem as you GRANMA. Got my Xbox, played it for 3 minutes then it crashed. Tried several times and continued to crash. Call support they tell me to exchange it. This was in March. I have contacted the escalation team and
they have not helped. I have made forums posts, and am told it was passed along to someone and still received no help. I have proof that they received the console. They even told me that they received the console. ABout 2 weeks ago, a member of the escalation
team "reprocessed" my order, and I should get it shortly. It has been 2 months and I AM STILL WAITING ON MY XBOX.
