Never got my Rewards from game purchase

i never received my rewards credit deposit for a game purchase i made in oct 2016 like i got for a game purchase in march 2016.

Never got my rewards

I always purchase the disk when I get a game so that I can sell it when I no longer play it. Microsoft advertised reward points if I bought forza horizon 3 from the store. I downloaded it from the store, but I never got the rewards points that were promised.
It took me 8 hours to download the game on lightning fast wifi, and now I can't sell the game. Never again will I buy from microsoft, but how do I get my rewards?

 

Never got Xbox Reward points for buying Xbox One. Can I get Microsoft Rewards points instead?

I never got the Xbox Rewards points (or any points, from any of my purchases) from buying my Xbox One X. Now that program is no more, and they're running an offer for 50,000 points if you buy a One X. Is there any way I can get those points in substitution

xbox live rewards deposits credits into your xbox live rewards account based on a variety of activities such as purchases through MS. I got 15,000 credits in march 2016 for buying the division. I bought battlefield 1 in oct 2016 and never got the reward.

 

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. There were no offers to receive credits for Battlefield in October.
