Never got my rewards credit

Back in the fall of 2016 I got an email from the rewards program saying that if I preordered Gears 4 I could get a buttload of rewards credits. I preordered the Ultimate Edition, which was not cheap. However, the promised points never showed up in my Microsoft
account. I'm not too happy about that. Please help.

Since we are adding and not removing funds to your Microsoft Account, Rewards deposits will appear as a refund with a negative amount.

The Credits for that offer were placed as pending in your account on September 14th. They were then deposited in the end of the month deposit that month on September 28th. For future reference, all Credit events can be reviewed from your MyStatement on the
MyRewards page, or confirmed as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account).
