Never got my reward Credits for the game I pre-order.

I pre-ordered Battlefield Ultimate Edition on 9-17-2016 and never received my 15000 and rewards credit .

Forza and Frankenrewards problem

Hello,

I had Forza 7 Pre-Order since early September I got my 5 credit but never got the gems or the 5,000 credit in my account for the mission.

and

I started frankenrewards when the Halloween sale started I got resident evil 7 and dead rising 4 and $2 in avatar rewards. I got those rewards for 6,000 credits but I never got the rewards for getting 5 achievements (I've got 8) for 4,000 credits and in
turn I didn't get the complete all the missions for 5,000 credits

Reward

I pre order three games online and I never got the credit for preorder. I preorder madden 18, nba 2k18 and Destiny 2 and they all digital and I never got my reward for it. Can someone help me out thank you?

You did preorder a physical disc from microsoftstore.com right?

Since your purchase was made digitally, and not a physical disc purchase from MicrosoftStore.com, as indicated in the picture you linked, it was not eligible for that offer.

Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Since it is not the end of the offer, it is too early to see Credits for completion of the offer.
