    why is it that i have a 4% rebate on purchases and never receive back any money on any new games i buy. For example ive bought injustice 2. which is almost a. 90 $ game in Canada and never received a credit back, also for games such as Tekken 7, The Culling
    , Cuphead , Enter the gungeon and many other recent purchases. ive been buying games digital alot these days and receive no reward, which makes me wanna just stop buying xbox games and just play PS4 , cause atleast there straight forward and i know theres
    no catch. Please assist me or explain to my why none of my purchases show in my reward program, I've had to many instances when this program has taken advantage of me and i shall not tolerate it any further. Keep in mind alot of these have been on xbox for
    atleast a month and the rebate program updates dont take that long...

    Never get my rebate

    For help with the Rewards program, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month so it's too early to see credits for any purchases
    from June. Also, preorders do not count towards VIP and will only award credits if they are part of a specific offer, so Cuphead would not have qualified for any credits.

    You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/),
    where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. Unfortunately, once Credits are converted from Rewards Credits into currency in your Microsoft Account, we no longer have any visibility or ability to manipulate them in any way. If you are having
    an issue with a deposit, you should contact Xbox billing support at (http://support.xbox.com/contact-us). We can confirm that we did perform a deposit of 11,530 Credits ($11.53 USD) on December 13th.

    none of my April MyVIP rebates have posted

    I haven't received the rebate I'm entitled to either. Never had a problem before, but now all of a sudden, I'm not receiving the rebate on purchases that I should. I've made several qualifying purchases, but there is no corresponding rebate in "pending rewards".

    Xbox Rewards- MS moves the goal posts again.

    I've got 2 stars. Also got a bubble floating over the rebate which reads, "Your 2% rebate could be 4%! Get double Rewards by going Gold!"
