    Never got my product.


    Y’all. I’m sort of fuming now. I bought $10 worth of OWL tokens, yet I never received them. I contact Microsoft Support and they told me to send a refund request, I do that, it’s denied. I talked to 3 representatives, no avail. I never got ANY item I ordered and NO ONE is helping me. What should I do now? I’ve done everything I could.

    If the refund email says the request was denied, please reply to it with all the information you just provided to appeal the decision!

    You can also get in touch with the support again to see if there is anything they can do since you already tried to refund it!
