Never got my Microsoft reward points for Xbox one X purchase.

Hello my name is Scott and I recently upgraded from an Xbox one to the amazing One X and I am trying to get my 50000 reward points for it. I have receipt and just bought it at the end of last month. Please help me as I know you will being the greatest gaming

Never got Xbox Reward points for buying Xbox One. Can I get Microsoft Rewards points instead?

I never got the Xbox Rewards points (or any points, from any of my purchases) from buying my Xbox One X. Now that program is no more, and they're running an offer for 50,000 points if you buy a One X. Is there any way I can get those points in substitution
for never receiving my Xbox Rewards points?

Missing Reward Points

I pre-ordered my Xbox One X using the Microsoft store on my Xbox One. I was supposed to earn reward points but never got them. I have emailed many times about this and provided a copy of the email receipt for my purchase but now my emails are not being responded
to.

Any help appreciated for a loyal Xbox user.

The Xbox Rewards program has never had any offers for purchasing or upgrading to a One X.

If you go on to the Microsoft Rewards App itself it says 'Upgrade to the Xbox One X for 50000 points'

How about the points. If you buy an xbox right now you get a ton of rewards points. What about the players that bought it at launch? I bought the x scorpio edition and didn't get anything for being a loyal customer. But if I'd have waited, I'd have got
a bunch of rewards points and a free game. The players that preordered and got one on day one are the reason the x was a success. We deserve the same rewards as the newcomers.
