Never got my Ebon Flintlock from the Mixer stream.

Just like the title says and the same problem as many others. I never got my pistol or a code in my Xbox messages about it. Thanks in advance.

Sea of Thieves Ebon Flintlock

Hi,

I watched the Mixer stream and have still yet to receive the Ebon Flintlock. All of my other bonus items are working for this game, but the Ebon Flintlock doesn't show up in my inventory.

To check, when you view your
Order History while signed into your account, what do you see there? Do you see the Sea of Thieves Mixpot item (Ebon Flintlock pistol)? Also, when in Sea of Thieves, if you visit the Armory Chest on your boat or next to the weapons shop, do you see the
item there?

If you see the Ebon Flintlock pistol in your Order History, that means that it has applied to your account. The Sea of Thieves team has included an issue with some players not being able to see their downloadable content in game via the Patch Notes- 1.0.2 released
today. This issue is being looked into and they did include a potential workaround.

In the meantime, please keep an eye out for updates via the
Sea of Thieves Twitter or via the
official Sea of Thieves site. We appreciate your patience with this.

Hi there Kay Wh0, thanks for reaching out.

To clarify, the Ebon Flintlock pistol would have been sent to the Microsoft/Xbox account that you linked your Mixer account to and watched one of the qualifying Mixpot streams for on Mixer.

If you received the pistol on that account, it indicates that is the account you were signed into when you watched the stream.

So I watched the entire stream, was signed in and still hasn,t got the Ebon flintlock. Did I do something wrong?
