Never got my credits added to my account

i have purchased games got acheivments for the past month and im still sitting on 800 credits i havent received anything from 2016 which is the last time ... ?

can this please get looked int thanks

$10 EA Access credit never recieved. Got two messages sayinh $5 was added to my acc but never was

On Monday when my EA Access ended I got two messages saying $5 would he added to my account for game trials I was unable to use which were Madden NFL 17 and NHL17 but the $10 credit in total was never added to my account

Arbitrary Credit/Charge

Im confused. I was going to go complain about not getting my $10 card from the Rare Replay pre order(same bull happened with the WatchDogs pre order..I never got the $10). Then I see $31 was added(?) to my account under "Arbitrary Credit/Charge". So....huh?

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Achievements will only earn credits if they are part of a specific offer.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress
at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Since your only purchases since December 2016 have been pre-orders and consumables, you have not received Credit for those purchases. However, your For Honor pre-order did award one punch on the Games on Demand offer, which requires three punches to complete.

The Credits for that offer were placed as pending in your account on September 14th. They were then deposited in the end of the month deposit that month on September 28th. For future reference, all Credit events can be reviewed from your MyStatement on the
MyRewards page, or confirmed as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/).

Since we are adding and not removing funds to your Microsoft Account, Rewards deposits will appear as a refund with a negative amount.
