Never Got My Alan Wake's American Nightmare code

I pre ordered Quantum Break from the online Microsoft store on Febrary 16th. Got the game today along with the code for the original Alan Wake, as well as the DLC for that game...but still no American Nightmare. I tried calling Microsoft customer service
about the American Nightmare code, but they said they couldn't help me. So I figured I'd ask here, any help from support would be greatly appreciated.

Alan Wake code for Quantum Break pre-order

I preordered Quantum Break and got the code for Alan Wake's American Nightmare, but never for the Alan Wake game.

When will I get it?

 

No Alan Wake Code Yet

I preordered Quantum Break 2 weeks ago and got Alan Wake's American Nightmare code delivered within a couple days but never got the original Alan Wake code sent to me. I'm still waiting on this code and also my Windows 10 code for Quantum Break. Anyone
else experiencing these kind of delays?

 

I also pre-ordered Quantum Break and haven't received any code of the promotional items (Alan Wake, etc.) only for the Quantum Break itself. Please help. Been through this several times now. With Gears of War, Fallout 4 etc. Getting a little annoying chasing
items/codes that are rightfully yours. Thanks

Yeah, looking at the same problem here too - received Xbox One bundle with codes for Quantum Break and Alan Wake, but AW: American Nightmare is missing. Seems to be a widespread issue with this game. Anyone tell me what's going on?

 

The codes for Alan Wake and the Windows 10 version began going out yesterday. You should receive them within 7-10 days.

American Nightmare should also be delivered via XBL message 7-10 days from the date you pre-order.

Yeah for awhile I didn't realize until recently that American Nightmare was supposed to come within 7-10 days of pre ordering, or I'd have asked about it sooner. But this is nearly two months since I pre ordered way past the 7-10 day mark. Hopefully support
can help soon.

 

I never received my Alan Wake Token. I pre-ordered Quantum Break about 3 months prior to it's release can you please send me my token, thank you.

 

Why is support answering some threads about American Nightmare codes and not others? It's very frustrating that I can't even get an answer from something that isn't automated.

As bowski477 stated above, if you pre-ordered Quantum Break from your Xbox One console or from xbox.com, it will take up to 10 days for you to receive your code via Xbox Live message. If you pre-ordered a physical copy of Quantum Break from the Microsoft
Store, you will receive your code via email. If you did not receive your code via email, you will need to reach out to
