Never Got Credit For Digital Pre-Ordes

I pre-ordered 3 Digital Games from the Xbox store that were in the Games On Demand mission. However I only got credit for 1. I never received credit for Wolfenstein 2, Star Wars Battlefront 2, and South ParkThe Fractired But Whole.

I want to know why I never got credit for these

pre-ordered battlefield 1 weeks in advace. never got my credits

i never got my 5,000 pre-order credits. and it was the digital version

 

Destiny 2 pre order points

I have pre-ordered the game days before Destiny 2 release date which falls into the necessary conditions. I never received my necessary pre-order credits for the digital pre-order.

 

I had the same issue. I believe I preordered them before the offer started, which doesn't give you credit for the mission.

Since your other pre-orders were made before the offer had been created, they were not eligible for this offer. Only purchases during the offer period are eligible for the offer, as stated in the FAQ:
