Never got credit for achivement goal in #YOLO last month

I completed all the requirements for every mission on the #YOLO promotion and received the credits for purchases (games and avatar items, tiers 1 and 3). However I have yet to see anything showing I completed tier 3 for this (unlocking 5 achievements in
games bought) which I unlocked over 5 in each of the two games I bought (just in case) and have not received credit for this or for completing all missions (tier 4). Could someone please look into this and make the necessary correction of 9000 points? Thank

Missing rebate

Hi, I noticed that I never got the reward credits for my purchases last month. I got my mission credits, and the credits for the March survey. Today I see the credits for the April survey posted, so now I'm wondering why I haven't received my credits for
my purchases last month.

Yolo rewards missing

hey. I only received rewards credit for the first 2 parts of the Yolo mission last month. I did get plenty of achievements in forza horizon 3 to qualify for the entire amount. Thanks for your time!

Support will check into the YOLO credits, but rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too early to see credits pending for November purchases.

The problem has been fixed for this month. I also got back credit for puzzle history for the month of May although it never gave me credit for the last two puzzles I completed on the 31st, multiple times. I guess I'll just have to be happy with that!

Hello eviLntt,

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since your manual adjustments for November's YOLO offer were not placed until this month, they were not a part of the recent deposit on the 13th,
like your other Credits were.
