Never got any points

Ever since I joined xbox rewards 2 years ago, I have spent over $1000 on movies, add ons and games. I have never ever received a single point. When I tried to chat with support, they would not help me. I deserve my points and want my points!!!

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits for purchases, they either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

If you preordered Call of Duty and The Sims on or after October 1, they would count as punches towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 1 other eligible purchase to complete the offer and receive credits.

 

Never got any reward point

It is dissapointing that i never had any rewards pointes. The only time was 250 point after filling in the enquête. Never get any points for buying online (xbox store) Call of Duty ( ww2 - modern warfare) and Sims.

In my view the reward program is a fealure
