Never got any mixpots! :(

I’m tuned into the sea of thieves live stream right now but I’m scared I won’t get the gun because I’ve watched e3, inside Xbox, the game awards, the other sea of thieves stream. Etc. And have never received any mixpot items or notifications or codes or
emails. My account has been linked the entire time. Please help!!! Thanks.

No E3 mixpot

Followed all the requirements to get the mixpot and never got any of the items.

Did not receive mixpot

I never got the mixpot from watching the press conference. I have everything set up (got last years mixpot) and know it isn't because I wasn't one of the first million because my roommate put the conference on his xbox 30 minutes later and he got the mixpot.

Any help with adding it to my account would be much appreciated. Thank you!

You should see that content appear in your Xbox messages or in an email.

Can you check that now?

Keep in mind that at this time the Sea of Thieves devs have promotional content turned off and it may not appear in-game until the issue with that content is fixed.
