    Never got a message to download the preview dashboard app.


    Hello. I have been invited and accepted into the Xbox One Preview Program over a year ago and still have not received a message. Could you please resend it? My gamertag is Laser Sword 15.

    Preview Program, no app but I have new dashboard???

    I'm in need of help. I'm a preview member, I know this because I got access to download the new dashboard, but I never got to download the app because Xbox live never sent me a message.

    I did post there, but never got an actual response. Instead I got the same copy/paste response four times. Its been over a year now.

    Unregister new Xbox preview

    You will need to first post and the preview forums.

    Next you need to download the preview dashboard app which was sent to all of us via an Xbox message....use this app to remove the console from the preview program.

    If you never downloaded the preview dashboard app you will also need to create one post not to asking for a new token to download the preview dashboard app and then use that app to remove the console from the preview program.
